Terms and Conditions
- The 2025 winter chemical wash promotion period runs until 30 April, 2026.
- The 2025 winter chemical wash promotion service is limited to office hours only.
- To enjoy the 2025 winter chemical wash promotional offers, the air conditioner cleaning service should be performed at the same location in 1 appointment.
- The promotional price is only applicable to general household usage and indoor units installed at height of maximum 3 meters above the ground. In other cases, on site visit is required in order to have a separate quotation.
- The cleaning service must be completed on or before 30 April, 2026 (limited quota applies).
- The period of efficacy of the anti-mildew and antibacterial coating agent is for reference only and may vary depending on the actual usage environment.
- The warranty period for cleaned units during the promotion is 3 months or until 30th April 2026, whichever is longer. Warranty covers indoor unit water leakage only; other issues will be charged separately.
- If any decorations or renovations that hinder or obstruct the cleaning service, customers are required to arrange for dismantling and bear all related costs. Otherwise, Daikin shall have the right to refuse providing the service.
- If the job location is in Discovery Bay, outlying Islands or remote areas, an additional HKD300 remote area fees is required.
- The 2025 winter chemical wash promotion offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and cash coupons.
- Designated contract plans include Essential Care Basic (RA, US, SA) and Professional Care (VRV).
- The discounts for each contract plan are as follows:
• Essential Care Basic (RA, US, SA) – 40% off
• Professional Care (VRV):
(a) Total contract amount below HKD20,000 – 15% off
(b) Total contract amount of HKD20,000 or above – 25% off - The above offers are subject to relevant terms and conditions and service availability.
