As climate change worsens, it is imperative that we commence environmental education from childhood. It is crucial to make young children aware of the importance of cherishing the Earth’s limited resources, cultivating a green lifestyle, and working together to protect our beautiful planet from an early age.
Daikin has always adhered to the principle of caring for the environment, emphasising on “the fusion of the global environment and business management”. We implement environmentally friendly practices in all aspects of our business operations and actively develop energy-efficient products that comply with energy efficiency standards. In fulfilling our role as responsible corporate citizens, we spare no effort in promoting environmental education. Since 2009, Daikin has been organising annual environmental education activities for primary school students, passing on the concept of environmental protection to the younger generation and creating a better environment that belongs to all of us.
We welcome all primary schools/organisations in Hong Kong to enquire about our Environmental Protection Tour and instil environmental awareness in young children. Participants will receive a beautifully illustrated pamphlet, allowing them to bring back environmental knowledge to school and home to share with more people.
