Through this comprehensive training, they acquire valuable professional techniques, theoretical knowledge, logical skills, and practical experience. This enriches their personal development and, importantly, enables them to obtain an industry-recognised Diploma of Vocational Education – VTC Earn & Learn (Air-conditioning and Refrigeration) at the third level of qualification structure (Level 3).
