A: The air conditioner absorbs odours from the room, furniture, fragrances, or cigarettes, and then releases them during operation. It is recommended to clean the filter or contact our technicians for inspection.
Q: Why does the outdoor unit experience dripping or generate water vapour?
A: In heating mode, during the defrosting process, the frost on the outdoor unit melts into water or water vapour; in cooling or dehumidifying mode, the moisture in the air condenses into water on the outdoor unit’s pipes.
Q: Why is there dripping or leakage inside the indoor unit?
A: Dripping or leakage inside the indoor unit can be caused by a clogged drainage pipe or other issues. It is recommended to immediately turn off the air conditioner and contact professional technicians for inspection and repair.
Q: Why is there a delay in the flow of hot air after starting the heating operation?
A: In heating mode, the air conditioner requires approximately 3 minutes of preheating before warm air is emitted.
