A: Dripping or leakage inside the indoor unit can be caused by a clogged drainage pipe or other issues. It is recommended to immediately turn off the air conditioner and contact professional technicians for inspection and repair.
Q: Why is there a delay in the flow of hot air after starting the heating operation?
A: In heating mode, the air conditioner requires approximately 3 minutes of preheating before warm air is emitted.
