Customer Service Executive


• Handle inbound and outbound call in professional manner
• Handle high volumes of customers’ enquiries via telephone, Email and WhatsApp
• Follow up repair order and customers’ complaints


• Form 5 (HKCEE)/ Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/sales field
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience in the SAP system and salesforce system will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Handle and follow-up customer enquiries in a professional manner
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & good communication skills
• Shift Duty is required
