To achieve our vision and support the next phase in our rapid global growth, we are currently looking for candidate with suitable caliber to fill up the following position.

Duties:
  • Higher Diploma or above in business management or purchasing related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of office administration experience gained in sizable company, preferably with hands-on experience of office operation and practical knowledge in sourcing & purchasing
  • Solid experience in building management, office relocation and renovation is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, mature, attention to details and analytical skill
  • Strong multi-tasking skill, well organized and ability to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is definitely an advantage
工作要求
  • Support all-round general administration support.
  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, including office supplies handling, office equipment & facilities maintenance, regular housekeeping, insurance & license renewal etc.
  • Assist in office renovation project, monitoring and follow up defects and reinstatement etc.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers as well as monitor and review the service quality regularly
  • Coordinate to support service for regular office operation and all company events
  • Coordinate meeting, travel & accommodation arrangement
  • Responsible for purchasing activities to provide professional procurement advice to different departments and interface with internal departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective operation
  • Prepare regular analysis reports and inventory control and order replenishment
  • Assist in planning, formulating and implementing office administration policies and guidelines
  • Assist other duties and ad hoc projects of office operation
