Q: Under the following situations, why can’t the system be operated instantly?

A: This is to protect the system. Please wait for about 3 minutes.

Q: Why doesn’t hot air flow out soon after the start of heating operation?

A: This is to protect the system. Please wait for about 3 minutes.

Q: Why there is dripping or leaking inside indoor unit?

A: It may be caused by the clogging of the drain throat or other problems, you should immediately turn off the air conditioner and contact our technical staff to check on the spot.

Q: Why does the outdoor unit emit water or steam?

A1: In HEAT mode: The frost on the outdoor unit melts into water or steam when the air conditioning is in defrost operation. A2: In COOL or DRY mode: Moisture in the air condenses into water on the cool surface of outdoor unit piping and drips.

Q: Why does the indoor unit give out odour?

A: This happens when smells of the room, furniture, or cigarettes are absorbed into the unit and discharged with the air flow.

Q: Why the remote controller cannot be operated after being used for a period of time?

A: Because the battery will oxidize and release oxides, the electronic parts in the remote control will be damaged. If you will not use the remote control for a long time, please remove the battery to prevent the above things from happening.

Q: When multiple air conditioners are installed in the same location, why do all air conditioners receive messages at the same time when using the remote control?

A: It is because installation distance of the air conditioner was too close. If you want to improve the above problems, please contact our technicians to set up.
