The long-awaited Winter Air Conditioner Chemical Wash Promotion is officially launched! From now until 31 March 2025, Daikin air conditioner users can schedule chemical wash services at discounted prices. For cleaning 5 or more wall-mounted split type units, the price is as low as HKD650 per unit.

Daikin offers General Chemical Cleaning services, performed by professional technicians and followed by detailed inspection and testing to ensure the unit operates normally. Daikin also introduces the Deep Cleaning with Antibacterial Coating, effectively inhibiting and preventing the growth of over 2,000 types of bacteria.

Terms and Conditions:
- The 2024 winter chemical wash promotion period is from 1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025.
- The 2024 winter chemical wash promotion service is limited to office hours only.
- To enjoy the 2024 winter chemical wash promotional offers, the air conditioner cleaning service should be performed at the same location and at the same time.
- The promotional price is only applicable to general household usage and indoor units installed at height of maximum 3 meters above the ground. In other cases, on site visit is required in order to have a separate quotation.
- To enjoy the additional discount of HKD50/unit, the cleaning service must be completed between 1 December 2024 and 28 February 2025.
- The period of efficacy of the anti-mildew and antibacterial coating agent will be different in actual use according to the use environment.
- The warranty period for cleaning air conditioners during the promotion period is 3 months or extended to 30 April 2025. The warranty is limited to problem of water leakage in the indoor unit. Other issues will be charged separately.
- If there are any kinds of decoration or accessories that interfere the air-conditioner cleaning service, customers are required to arrange for dismantling and are responsible for the relevant expenses. Otherwise, Daikin will not be able to provide the service.
- If the job location is in Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands or remote areas, an additional HKD300 location surcharge is required.
- The 2024 winter chemical wash promotion offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discount and cash coupons.
- Designated contract plans include Essential Care Basic (RA, US, SA) and Professional Care (VRV).
- The discounts for each contract plan are as follows:
– Essential Care Basic (RA, US, SA) contract plan — 40% Off
– Professional Care (VRV):
– Total contract amount below HKD20,000 — 15% off
– Total contract amount of HKD20,000 or above — 25% off - The above offers are subject to relevant terms and conditions.
