Green Heart Action for Carbon Emission Reduction Campaign

In an effort to reduce global warming, Daikin Hong Kong launched its “Green Heart Action for Carbon Emission Reduction” campaign during 2011. Using our unique add-on Remote Energy-saving Control Function, selected VRV / CMS* projects are linked via Internet to Daikin's Remote Monitoring Centre in Japan. Air conditioner operating performance is analysed and control settings transmitted automatically based on real-time weather data from Hong Kong. Energy Saving Reports are sent to customers on a regular basis showing how much energy was saved together with recommendations for increasing energy savings.

Customers that obtain the most significant energy savings will be recognized with an outstanding energy saving award.**

We hope that through this campaign we can prompt others of the importance of energy conservation to help protect the environment for future generations.

Remark:
- i-Touch Controller capable of connecting up to 10 systems or 65 indoor units will be free of charge for selected projects
  during 2011.
- License fee for i-Touch Controller will be waived for the first year service and customers can terminate the service at any time.
- Customers should follow Daikin’s standard installation and technical requirements and provide their own Internet connection.

*Minimum 30 HP VRV / CMS systems within 110% connection ratio
